Group fitness is a fairly new concept and can be traced back to Jazzercise. Today, most of us have traded in our leg warmers for Lululemon, but the benefits of group fitness are still the same.

Working out is always better with a friend. Our group fitness classes are designed so multiple individuals can get their fitness on together, helping you stay motivated. Instructors are encouraging, upbeat, and can help you maintain proper form.
